Our client is seeking an Operations Coordinator (Personnel Logistics) for a 4-week temporary assignment. This role is ideal for a highly organised administrator with experience coordinating personnel logistics and mobilisation activities.
Job Responsibility
Arrange flights, accommodation, and ground transfers for personnel
Coordinate medical appointments and training bookings, ensuring availability aligns with mobilisation requirements
Raise and reconcile purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain logistics records and provide administrative support to the operations team
Liaise with personnel, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of activities.
Requirements
Previous experience in logistics coordination, mobilisation, travel administration, or a similar support role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
