Job Description

Our client is seeking an Operations Coordinator (Personnel Logistics) for a 4-week temporary assignment. This role is ideal for a highly organised administrator with experience coordinating personnel logistics and mobilisation activities.

Job Responsibility

  • Arrange flights, accommodation, and ground transfers for personnel
  • Coordinate medical appointments and training bookings, ensuring availability aligns with mobilisation requirements
  • Raise and reconcile purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain logistics records and provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Liaise with personnel, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in logistics coordination, mobilisation, travel administration, or a similar support role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
