Brightwheel is seeking an independent contractor to provide defined operations coordination and reporting services for brightwheel’s customer-facing teams.
Job Responsibility:
Provide operational coordination and reporting support for customer-facing teams
Build and maintain accurate reports and data trackers required for agreed-upon operational deliverables
Help administer standardized feedback requests and survey processes, compile results, and build reports and summaries as defined in contractor agreement
Coordinate schedules, calendars, communications, and participating tracking for group sessions and programs
Maintain accurate and up to date content, access, and reporting outputs as required for contracted deliverables
Requirements:
Strong English fluency (verbal and written)
Experience manipulating, organizing, and maintaining data in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
High attention to detail with strong standards for accuracy and data integrity
Proven experience following documented processes consistently
Ability to use company-designated tools and systems as necessary to deliver contracted operational services
Strong time management and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment as an independent contractor supporting a U.S.-based company
Ability to work overlapping with U.S. time zones (Eastern Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time)
Nice to have:
Operations coordination, program support, or administrative support
Sales support, Sales Administration, or Customer Success support
Data entry, reporting updates, or maintaining trackers and spreadsheets
Coordinating schedules, meetings, or recurring operational activities
Supporting internal tools or systems (e.g., CRM, shared drives, reporting tools)
Administrative or operations support in a fast-paced environment
Experience working for a U.S.-based or international company
