Robert Half is seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator with proven experience using Procore software. In this role, you will support the Project Manager in overseeing construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and seamless communication among stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Assist the Project Manager with daily project coordination and administrative tasks
Track project progress and maintain records in Procore
Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation as required
Communicate with subcontractors, clients, and team members to ensure project alignment
Support the management of budgets, timelines, and resources
Assist with procurement and invoice processing
Help resolve project issues and escalate concerns as necessary
Requirements:
1+ years of experience as a project assistant, coordinator, or similar role in construction or related industry
Hands-on experience with Procore software is essential
Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
