Job Responsibility

  • Data processing job orders and organising collection and delivery of customer shipments
  • Liaising with customers, agents, carriers, and other World Courier offices
  • Preparing and executing customer shipments for air export and air import
  • Utilising company’s shipment processing systems and completing regulatory clearances
  • Organise shipment collections and deliveries with domestic and international agents
  • Actively monitoring shipments in transit, initiating effective action as necessary to rectify issues
  • Basic customer service tasks
  • Collect and deliver customer shipments which may include pharmaceuticals, biologicals, and dangerous goods
  • Prepare temperature-controlled packaging systems as required

Requirements

  • Must have and always maintain a current Full New Zealand driver licence
  • Must be able to work rostered hours mainly 11:00am – 7:30pm, Monday to Friday, which includes working additional hours as business demands
  • Must be able to work weekends and public holidays when required
  • Must be able to be on-call and perform on-call duties as rostered
  • Must be able to attend callouts as necessary
  • Must have the ability to work autonomously during weekends and public holidays
