Job Responsibility:
Data Analysis: Extract and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across Meta product sales, marketing, and distribution channels
Identify trends and insights from data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize operational efficiency
Create visual reports and dashboards to communicate data findings to stakeholders effectively
Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent projects related to product launches, marketing campaigns, and logistical operations
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure project deliverables meet objectives on time and within budget
Facilitate communication and collaboration between various stakeholders involved in projects
Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling weekly PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings, summarizing critical operational metrics, market trends, and project updates
Ensure presentations are visually appealing and data-driven, effectively communicating critical messages to leadership
Stay current on industry trends and competitor analysis to provide valuable presentation context
Additional Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Meta Field team as needed
Research and identify new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency
Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation
Requirements:
Business degree preferred
5-10 years of retail and national sales management experience required
Extensive retail and/or direct sales management experience is required
Exercise operational excellence and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Superior leadership abilities with practical, professional communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to show good judgment and initiative, make decisions, and problem-solve
Capable to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
Must be able to travel 30% of the year to various markets across the US and work flexible hours
