Take full ownership of the scheduling and rostering of all Corps Security colleagues, ensuring optimal coverage and operational efficiency
Support with recruitment, by advertising roles, screening CVs, arranging interviews with the applicants, and assisting with onboarding for successful applicants, in conjunction with site management teams and the recruitment co-ordinator
Attend and provide operational input at regional and client monthly meetings
To liaise with the compliance team with regards to vetting, and SIA renewals, where required to do so
To support, with raising purchase orders and uniform ordering, along with sending out company pre-drafted letters, and taking minutes, as and when required
Support with new contract mobilisations
Carry out risk assessments
Perform ad hoc duties as directed
Requirements
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential
Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels
Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure
Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
