Operations Coordinator

In your role as a Operations Coordinator at Kalamia Mill, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving the performance of our site operations. As a key member of the on-site team, you’ll lead and monitor cane crushing and sugar recovery activities, ensuring production plans are achieved safely, efficiently, and consistently. You’ll take ownership of the shift team’s day to day performance, guiding them to meet targets across rate, reliability, and recovery.
