Requirements

Proven experience in operations, project coordination, or team management within a professional services or real estate environment
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Data-driven mindset with experience using MI reports and performance metrics
Experience in HR, finance, risk, or business development functions is highly desirable

Job Responsibility

Establish priorities and manage deadlines across the CRE team
Work closely with the CRE Team Leader and regional leads to monitor performance against business KPIs
Utilise MI reports and data to support the achievement of team and business targets
Escalate issues/delays as/when necessary to CRE Team Leader
Coordinate and assist with the progression and delivery of business development initiatives
Track and follow up on action plans aligned with the CRE business development strategy
Ensure BD and marketing activities meet the needs of both regional and national teams
Liaise with the Risk and Claims team to assist with the prompt resolution of issues
Manage effective handover of matters for departing fee earners, including file closures and ledger clearance
In conjunction with the Risk team, take ownership of client, solicitor, and third-party complaints, ensuring a timely resolution

Research Community Management
Address member support messages, identifying opportunities for systemic improvements
Create weekly community activities in partnership with Brand Researchers
Create and send weekly communications to members
Implement member recruits and drive member engagement
Leverage AI to create simple research prompts and identify themes to share with researchers
Collaborate with internal partner teams, including Legal, and external vendors on new or evolving Community Management initiatives
Research Participant Recruitment & Project Logistics
Manage recruitment for digital and in-person research such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, and customer immersion shop-alongs across cities, including vetting, scheduling and confirming participants
Execute research projects logistics including managing communications, booking venues, arranging incentives

Job Responsibility

Coordinating and supervising the daily operations of the Fulfilment Operations team to secure efficient and safe fulfilment processes
Support the team both in planning/leading and performing tasks for major areas of responsibility, such as picking, packing, unloading, loading and replenishment of goods/orders within the agreed KPIs
Providing feedback on team performance, analysing, and implementing effective solutions where needed, optimising commerciality, and securing excellence in operations
Contributing to the implementation and achievement of the Fulfilment Operations department goals
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe environment throughout your area of responsibility
Ensuring adherence and compliance of all safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including securing a safe environment for customers and co-workers
