Job Description

We are representing a premium aesthetic technology equipment distributor based in Slough. They supply high-end, cutting-edge devices to clinics and businesses across the UK. We are looking for a highly organised, hands-on Coordinator to join the team. This is a high-energy, fast-paced role that requires a real character. You’ll be managing busy service engineer diaries, handling physical stock in the warehouse, and coordinating the logistics required to get the equipment to customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Engineer Scheduling: Coordinating and booking site visits for a team of 3 specialist engineers, managing diaries, and ensuring efficient route planning
  • Logistics Coordination: Managing the movement, delivery, and tracking of high-value equipment and demonstration units for the sales team
  • Stock Management: Hands-on work in the workshop when required, ensuring new deliveries of equipment are checked, stored and distributed efficiently
  • Customer Support: Acting as the first point of contact for client queries, updating them on engineer ETAs, and resolving service-related issues
  • Problem Solving: Reacting quickly when plans change

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: A solid background in operations coordination, service coordination, hire desk control, or logistics
  • Experience dealing with field-based engineers, technicians, or drivers would be highly desirable
  • Calm Under Pressure: A role like this requires you to be adaptable and make decisions effectively, even whilst under pressure
  • Top-Tier Communication: An excellent telephone manner and the ability to manage customer expectations professionally
  • Tech Savvy: Competent with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning internal scheduling/operational software
