We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator / Team Lead to support our team on a short-term basis. This individual will not have direct reports but will serve as a key partner to supervisors by helping manage day-to-day operations, streamline workflows, and reduce administrative burden.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a central point of coordination to support supervisors and maintain team efficiency
Conduct gap analysis on low-performing accounts or team outputs to identify performance issues and improvement opportunities
Partner with supervisors to implement adjustments and track progress against performance expectations
Monitor and manage worklists to ensure accounts are being handled accurately and within established timelines
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Provide regular updates and insights on performance trends and operational risks
Requirements:
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience analyzing performance data and identifying gaps or improvement areas
Ability to work independently and influence outcomes without direct authority
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and accountability
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Experience in operations, team support, or workflow management preferred
