Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator / Team Lead to support our team on a short-term basis. This individual will not have direct reports but will serve as a key partner to supervisors by helping manage day-to-day operations, streamline workflows, and reduce administrative burden.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a central point of coordination to support supervisors and maintain team efficiency
  • Conduct gap analysis on low-performing accounts or team outputs to identify performance issues and improvement opportunities
  • Partner with supervisors to implement adjustments and track progress against performance expectations
  • Monitor and manage worklists to ensure accounts are being handled accurately and within established timelines
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Provide regular updates and insights on performance trends and operational risks

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience analyzing performance data and identifying gaps or improvement areas
  • Ability to work independently and influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and accountability
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Experience in operations, team support, or workflow management preferred
  • Must be able to work in PST time zone
