Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations on a part-time basis. MUST BE A PUERTO RICO resident and living in Puerto Rico.( can work remotely but oocastion meeting might be needed in PR only) This role requires a high level of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to execute with minimal supervision. This is an mid-level role with strong growth potential. You will work closely with leadership to support operations, coordination, and execution across multiple areas of the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners (CPA, legal, service providers), ensuring timely follow-ups and execution
  • Track and manage tasks, deadlines, and priorities across multiple workstreams
  • Support hiring coordination, including scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate trackers, and managing communications
  • Manage event logistics, including coordination of invitations, tracking responses, and supporting execution
  • Assist with marketing and promotion of events through relevant channels when required
  • Organize and maintain structured documentation, files, and records
  • Support administrative and operational workflows, including basic reporting and data organization
  • Submit a structured weekly timesheet with clear task-level breakdown and progress updates
