We are looking for a skilled Operations Controller to join a dynamic gaming and hospitality company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is pivotal in overseeing casino/ gaming operational processes and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of gaming activities. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and a strong attention to detail to this fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee document control processes to maintain accuracy and compliance across operational records
  • Manage the scanning and digitization of documents to ensure easy access and secure storage
  • Review and compile operational documents to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow and enhance operational efficiency
  • Analyze gaming operations data and prepare detailed reports for management
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving inventory and resource management
  • Monitor and optimize financial performance within gaming operations
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to support their growth in attention to detail
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations control or a similar role
  • Strong expertise in document control and scanning processes
  • Proficiency in compiling and reviewing operational documents
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights
  • Familiarity with gaming and hospitality industry regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
  • Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing teams

  • Weather and NOTAM monitoring
  • Arrange handling, airport slots, fuel, PPR and necessary permits
  • Arrange crew HOTAC and transport as required
  • Resource allocation and supervision of ramp staff and GSE
  • Monitor crew FTL's, ensure they are operating within limitations
  • In case of an emergency, initiate the company's Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
