As an Operations Control & Monitoring Specialist, you will oversee real‑time fleet monitoring, ensure proper device connectivity, maintain accurate geolocation data for stations, and support vendor billing processes. You will analyze operational trends, build dashboards, and provide insights that strengthen safety, connectivity, and overall operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor vehicles in real time through dashcam and operational platforms, identifying unsafe driving, device failures, disconnections, and critical incidents
Escalate and track incidents with Business Partners and Traffic Control, ensuring all alerts are documented and closed properly
Track and manage SIM cards, routers, and connectivity status across all units, coordinating activations, replacements, and issue escalation
Register, update, and audit station locations, ensuring accurate GPS coordinates, operational details, references, and technical documentation
Validate and track invoices related to connectivity, monitoring systems, maintenance, and telecom services, resolving discrepancies with vendors and Finance
Generate weekly and monthly reports on alerts, connectivity performance, billing status, route activity, occupancy, and recurring operational issues
Build dashboards and provide analytical insights to support decision‑making and improve operational reliability
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in operational monitoring, fleet control centers, telecom/IoT device management, or connectivity-based operations
Experience with dashcam platforms and real‑time monitoring tools
Knowledge of geolocation, GPS coordinates, SIM cards, routers (4G/5G), and connectivity troubleshooting
Advanced Excel skills and strong ability to structure and interpret operational reports
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving, effective communication, and ability to work under pressure
Basic experience with invoice validation, vendor follow‑up, and accounts payable processes
