Job Responsibility

  • Act as the primary point of contact for brands, advertisers, and partner networks
  • Coordinate directly with clients to collect campaign requirements, offers, creatives, tracking links, and campaign updates
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand campaign objectives and recommend suitable campaign opportunities to maximize performance
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and timely support
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign setup, launches, live tracking, and optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance, share regular updates, reports, and actionable insights with clients
  • Track campaign performance, identify issues proactively, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with clients and recommend optimization strategies to improve campaign outcomes
  • Identify alternate and similar campaigns for clients based on category, performance trends, and business objectives to drive incremental revenue
  • Identify opportunities to scale existing campaigns and support upselling and cross-selling initiatives
  • Work closely with brands, networks, publishers, and internal teams to maximize campaign delivery, client satisfaction, and business growth
  • Ensure timely validation, reconciliation, and payout processing for campaigns
  • Support automation initiatives using n8n workflows to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Campaign Operations, or Performance Marketing
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of performance marketing, affiliate marketing, campaign tracking, validations, and digital advertising
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaign timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-first approach

Nice to have

Exposure to workflow automation tools such as n8n will be an added advantage
