Job Responsibility

  • Support employee lifecycle administration
  • Prepare contracts and HR documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
  • Provide diary, meeting, and coordination support to senior leaders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Book travel including flights, hotels, rail, taxis, and car hire
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions
  • Support employee engagement activities
  • Arrange catering, refreshments, and event logistics
  • Manage shared inboxes and general enquiries
  • Maintain office supplies and meeting spaces
  • Coordinate vehicles, servicing, and contractor activity
  • Support internal communications and office coordination
  • Maintain calendars and schedules (travel, holidays, events)
  • Produce reports and business documentation
  • Raise purchase orders and support invoicing

Requirements

  • Background in Administration, Business Support, HR Admin, or Executive Support
  • Experience managing diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Confident producing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Strong stakeholder coordination experience
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional, discreet, and service-focused
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving ability
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Occasional local travel/errands if required
  • Able to commute to Team Valley, Gateshead daily
