Operations Associate

• Hire, train, and provide feedback to all levels of Mechanics and Fleet Support positions responsible for maintaining our shared fleet
• Partner cross-functionally on operations projects that result in identifying expansion opportunities within your region(s)
• Define and monitor KPIs that measure the profitability, revenue, and operational performance of your market(s)
• Maintain positive relationships between riders, regulators/city officials, employees, and Lime management
• Design, document, and implement new scalable processes and best practices across logistics, maintenance, and deployment to drive operational excellence
• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data (e.g., deployment efficiency, fleet health, repair quality) to identify opportunities for cost reduction, and vehicle flow process improvement

• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
• 1–3 years of professional experience, with a proven ability to think beyond daily tasks toward long-term market growth
• Experience leading teams or groups
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• An entrepreneurial spirit comfortable with making quick decisions to drive operational efficiency, while staying calm under pressure
• Ability to manage complex stakeholders, from internal teams and city regulators

SQL or Tableau skills are a plus
