Job Responsibility:
Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests
Support daily operations across departments like Maintartments and Housekeeping
Manage reservations, guest communications, and daily operational tasks
Use our PMS and internal tools to coordinate and share information effectively
Requirements:
Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
Based in Lisbon, with flexibility to work weekends and shifts
Experience in hospitality, reception, or tourism
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
Guest-centric approach with excellent people skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
