Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Associate who brings strong customer service experience and exceptional organizational skills. This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite presence in Durham, NC three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
Job Responsibility:
Provide high‑quality customer service to clients and internal teams
Process and administer insurance policies and annuity contracts in an accurate and timely manner
Review documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance requirements are met
Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other policy‑related activities
Maintain, organize, and update client records within internal systems and databases
Prepare reports and analyze data to support operational efficiency and decision‑making
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage time and priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset
