Job Responsibility:
Execute trades across custodian and trading platforms and resolve settlement issues
Maintain and reconcile portfolio, transaction, and cost basis data across systems
Support account setup, data feeds, and reporting platform accuracy
Prepare and distribute quarterly client performance reports
Provide operational support to advisors and assist with ad hoc projects
Help improve and streamline operational processes
Requirements:
2–8+ years of experience in wealth management ideally with Ultra-High-Net-Worth client base
MUST have recent Wealth Management experience. No exceptions
Experience with custodians such as Schwab Advisor Center (preferred)
Familiarity with CRM or portfolio reporting tools (e.g., Wealthbox, Black Diamond) (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear, professional communication skills
High integrity and a service-oriented mindset
