We’re looking for a detail-oriented and friendly operations team member to help keep our finances and client communications running smoothly. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity, great room for growth position!
Job Responsibility:
Balancing statements
Mailing statements to clients
Updating and maintaining tracking spreadsheets
Performing basic reconciliation tasks—similar to managing a checkbook
Requirements:
Proven experience in operations or a similar role, with a focus on financial processes
Strong proficiency in reconciliation tasks and spreadsheet management
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented approach
Familiarity with tools such as Encompass to optimize workflow
Ability to manage account resolution and vendor invoice processes effectively
Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
Commitment to working on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico on a permanent basis
