Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Associate with strong customer service experience and excellent organizational abilities. This role follows a hybrid schedule, working onsite in Durham, NC three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
Job Responsibility:
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
Handle the processing and administration of insurance policies and annuity contracts
Verify accuracy and completeness of all required documentation
Support policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and related tasks
Maintain, organize, and update client information within the database
Compile reports and evaluate data to assist in operational decision‑making
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
