Operations Associate

Join Instabee as an Operations Associate in Norway: hands-on, data‑driven role coordinating routes, partners and hubs to keep last‑mile deliveries fast, reliable and high quality. As an Operations Associate at Instabee, you’ll play an important role in making sure our last-mile deliveries across Norway run smoothly, efficiently, and with high quality. You’ll work close to daily operations, combining coordination, analysis, and problem-solving to ensure our courier partners and regional hubs deliver on their promises. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain a deep understanding of how large-scale delivery operations work in practice. You’ll collaborate closely with courier partners and hub managers, optimize routes and capacity, and help identify improvements that make a real difference — for both customers and merchants. In this role you'll work office hours and every other Sunday with those Fridays off.
