Join GuestReady as an Operations Associate in Lisbon. You'll play a key role in the daily running of our operations, working closely with teams like Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Guest Services to ensure everything runs smoothly and guests receive the best possible experience.
Job Responsibility:
Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests
Manage reservations and daily guest communications
Support day-to-day operations across departments (Maintenance, Housekeeping, etc.)
Coordinate and share information using our PMS and internal tools
Help ensure smooth operational processes and quick issue resolution
Contribute to a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out
Requirements:
Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
Based in Lisbon, with flexibility to work weekends and shifts (on-site role)
Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or tourism
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
Guest-centric mindset with excellent people skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
