We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Porto. Job Responsibility:
Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests
Manage reservations and handle guest communications efficiently
Support daily operations across departments such as Housekeeping and Maintenance
Coordinate tasks using our Property Management System (PMS) and internal tools
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a high-quality guest experience
Requirements:
Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
Based in Porto and available to work on-site, including weekends and shifts
Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing roles
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
A guest-first mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
