This is an operations-first role in a fast-growing digital healthcare company. Our patient base in Germany is scaling rapidly, which requires building reliable, efficient, and safe clinical operations at speed. As an Operations Associate, you will own the day-to-day operational backbone of our clinical services — from capacity planning and performance tracking to process design and cross-functional execution. You will work closely with doctors, third-party providers, Product, Tech, and Clinical Leadership to ensure we can scale safely while continuously improving efficiency and patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure in ambiguity, working with data, and taking ownership in a startup environment — with healthcare context, but without a traditional clinical research focus.
Job Responsibility:
Own clinical capacity planning: forecast demand, plan doctor supply, and support rapid scaling of consultations
Track and improve performance across key operational and clinical KPIs (e.g. response times, utilisation, approval rates)
Manage day-to-day clinical operations, coordinating across internal teams and third-party provider partners
Support recruitment, onboarding, and operational readiness of new doctors and providers
Partner with Product & Tech to improve clinical workflows, internal tools, and in-app patient/doctor experiences
Document, build, and improve processes to increase consistency, efficiency, and scalability
Support clinical safety and protocol alignment as part of operational execution (not research-led work)
Contribute to operational improvement projects that enhance performance, safety, and patient outcomes
Requirements:
Experience in operations, consulting, healthcare operations, or a scaling digital health environment
Strong operational skills — comfortable with data, KPIs, forecasting, and tools (e.g. spreadsheets, dashboards)
Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders with different priorities (clinical, product, external partners)
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Fluent in German (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
Clinical or healthcare background (pharmacy, medical, health sciences) and/or exposure to weight-loss care, GLP-1 treatments, or chronic care models
experience in telemedicine, healthcare platforms
What we offer:
Equity for everyone
Access annual learning budgets and three days of professional development leave, peer shadowing, and global knowledge-sharing culture
25 days of annual leave, wellness allowance, and 3 weeks of work-from-anywhere per year
Hybrid work focused on impact, an energising office, and regular socials
