Join our Supply Operations team as an Associate where you'll be at the intersection of supply planning, quality management, and operational excellence. Wearing many hats, you will work across multiple high-impact projects, supporting project teams to match the right talent with the right work at the right time. Focusing on this role is perfect for analytically-minded problem solvers who want to see immediate impact from their work while applying program management skills to drive cross-functional alignment and results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Optimize resource allocation: Analyze project utilization data to identify bottlenecks in our supply funnel and recommend improvements that increase throughput without sacrificing quality
  • Drive quality initiatives: Support the management of Expert Contributor quality programs by tracking performance metrics, running calibration webinars, and ensuring SLA adherence across projects
  • Build cross-skilling programs: Help design and implement skill assessment frameworks and cross-training initiatives that expand our talent pool's capabilities and flexibility
  • Analyze and improve throughput: Dive into operational data to debug utilization issues, identify trends, and propose solutions that help us deliver faster and more efficiently
  • Support programs: Contribute to the design and rollout of various programs that align individual contributor success with project goals
  • Enable data-driven decisions: Create dashboards, reports, and analyses that give leadership real-time visibility into key metrics like utilization rates, quality scores, and SLA performance

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Excited to build and to scale initiatives 0 to 1
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Technical proficiency with SQL and/or Python for complex data analysis and insight generation
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial and operational modeling

Nice to have:

  • Technical Background, preferably with a STEM degree
  • Familiarity with project management tools and ticketing systems
  • Experience in high-growth startup and/or tech environments
