Job Description

Lime is hiring an Out-of-Warehouse Operations Associate to join our Operations team! In this role you will implement best practices and lead projects that improve efficiency and solve problems outside of the warehouse (IE: last mile delivery operations). You will enhance our fleet, and coordinate our teams in the warehouse. You will tackle challenges along our operational journey from the moment a vehicle arrives in our warehouse, until a customer ends their ride. This role is a great opportunity to be at the center of shaping the future of mobility in London!

Job Responsibility

  • Hire, train, and provide coaching to all levels of Operations Specialists
  • develop and maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment
  • drive efficiency of the out-of-warehouse operations
  • proactively identify and address operational challenges
  • regularly collaborate with the in-warehouse lead
  • collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize logistics and supply chain efficiency

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional work experience
  • ideally 1+ year of experience within an Operations position
  • knowledge of last mile delivery operational processes
  • experience leading teams or groups
  • excellent problem solving skills
  • data driven (SQL and G-sheets)
  • work well under pressure
  • can-do attitude
  • excellent communication skills
  • demonstrated ownership and accountability
  • organized individual who can work independently with tight deadlines in a multicultural environment
