Operations Associate Manager

• Supervise a team of Operation Specialists responsible for moderately complex transactional and operational tasks
• Ensure timely completion, quality and compliance within the operation area
• Work independently on moderately complex issues and projects
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
• Provide training, performance evaluation and coaching of less experienced team
• Make daily supervisory decisions and resolve moderately complex business issues
• Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers
• Lead team to achieve objectives
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Operations
• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

• 2+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• Min 10 years of experience in Banking Operations
• Account Receivables, Check Processing, Invoice Processing experience
• Lockbox Keying, Value Added Keying experience
• Front Line Management (Team handling experience min 5-8 members)
• Flexibility to work in 24x7 environment
