The Associate Director of Operations will provide strategic leadership for the Hyderabad site, overseeing Analytics, Workforce Management (WFM), and Print & Distribution functions. This role ensures operational excellence, drives efficiency, and delivers data-driven insights to support global business objectives. The Associate Director will lead diverse teams, foster innovation, and collaborate with senior leaders to align site operations with enterprise priorities. Success in this role requires the ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization, managing multiple stakeholders across global and regional teams.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute operational strategies for Analytics, WFM, and Print & Distribution to support organizational goals
Align site operations with global priorities, ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness
Champion continuous improvement and automation initiatives across all functions
Lead teams responsible for: Analytics: Metrics, dashboards, insights, reporting, and advanced analytics
Workforce Management: Forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time administration
Print & Distribution: End-to-end print operations and distribution processes
Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables across all functions
Build strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders, influencing decisions and aligning priorities
Navigate complex organizational structures to drive consensus and deliver results
Represent Hyderabad operations in enterprise forums and cross-functional initiatives
Oversee development of dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports to inform leadership decisions
Leverage analytics and workforce models to optimize performance and resource allocation
Build and nurture high-performing teams across multiple disciplines
Implement talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop specialized skill sets
Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture
Drive adoption of technology platforms for WFM, analytics, and print operations
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field
MBA preferred
16+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership, with exposure to analytics, WFM, and print/distribution
Proven ability to lead large, multi-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment
Expertise in business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI), WFM platforms, and operational technologies
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience influencing senior leadership and driving enterprise-level initiatives
