Job Description

As our Operations Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our Forest location running smoothly behind the scenes. From maintaining our cabins to ensuring every facility is in top condition, your work plays a vital role in creating a seamless and enjoyable stay for every guest.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests
  • Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating (basic knowledge desirable)
  • Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner
  • Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin

Requirements

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
  • The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Great attention to detail, ensuring high cleanliness standards are met
  • Some previous experience in a similar role
  • Comfortable working independently
  • A willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, whatever the weather
  • A full clean UK driving license
