We are looking for a motivated Operations Assistant to join our client's expanding team in New York, New York. In this role, you will contribute to the seamless functioning of daily operations, logistics, and customer service within a dynamic showroom. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities while supporting both internal teams and external client needs.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor and organize showroom inventory, ensuring samples and stock are accurately tracked
Manage order processing for third-party platforms, maintaining efficiency and accuracy
Coordinate shipping logistics, including assigning white-glove 3PL carriers and correcting Bills of Lading as necessary
Deliver exceptional customer service by providing clients with accurate updates on order tracking
Maintain and update centralized product information
Handle administrative tasks such as compiling reports and managing documentation
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in operations or customer service roles
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in invoice processing and maintaining financial records
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and third-party vendors
Ability to adapt and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere
