We have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Assistant to join our lovely team at Cropton. Be a part of creating special escapes in one of North Yorkshire’s most beautiful forest locations, developing your skills while ensuring our cabins are beautifully prepared for every guest. Nestled in a picturesque woodland meadow at the heart of Cropton Forest, our cabins offer a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Whether you’re an adventurer, a nature lover, or a stargazer, Cropton provides the perfect backdrop to work, grow, and help our guests make unforgettable memories.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests
  • Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating
  • Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner
  • Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin

Requirements:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
  • The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Great attention to detail, ensuring high cleanliness standards are met
  • Some previous experience in a similar role
  • A willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, whatever the weather
  • A full clean UK driving license
