Our client, an investment firm in Washington, DC, is seeking an indefinite temporary part-time Operations Assistant to support their team, starting at the end of February!
Job Responsibility:
Handle receipt collection, coding, and invoice processing
Distribute materials and minutes for meetings
Coordinate with advisors on various registration and compliance tasks
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
Oversee executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Maintain and update digital systems and software
Process and distribute incoming mail
Provide overall operational support across the business
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative and operations experience
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with excellent communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills
Must have access to reliable internet connection and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
