Be a part of creating special escapes in one of the UK’s most iconic woodland locations, developing your skills while ensuring our cabins are beautifully prepared for every guest.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for guests
  • Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating
  • Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner
  • Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling

Requirements:

  • Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Great attention to detail, ensuring high cleanliness standards are met
  • Some previous experience in a similar role
  • Willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, whatever the weather
