About the Role As an Operations Assistant with Assistantly, you’ll support fast-growing businesses by bringing structure, consistency, and execution excellence to day-to-day operations. You’ll help manage workflows, track priorities, and ensure processes are followed and improved—allowing leaders and teams to operate more effectively. This role is ideal for a mid-level operator who thrives in dynamic environments, takes ownership of their lane, and enjoys turning complexity into clarity. Requirements Support daily operations, workflows, and internal processes Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables across teams Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational records Assist with project coordination and follow-ups Prepare reports, summaries, and operational updates Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements Non-Negotiables 3+ years of operations, admin, or coordination experience Strong written and verbal English Highly proactive with strong follow-through Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments Strong experience with Google Workspace and communication tools
