Join us at the heart of North Yorkshire’s woodland magic at Cropton Forest. We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join our lovely team at Cropton. Be a part of creating special escapes in one of North Yorkshire’s most beautiful forest locations, developing your skills while ensuring our cabins are beautifully prepared for every guest. As our Operations Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our Forest location running smoothly behind the scenes. From maintaining our cabins to ensuring every facility is in top condition, your work plays a vital role in creating a seamless and enjoyable stay for every guest.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day
  • Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating
  • Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner
  • Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling

Requirements:

  • Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
  • Great attention to detail, ensuring high cleanliness standards
  • Some previous experience in a similar role
  • Willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, whatever the weather
  • Full clean UK driving license
