Job Description:

Zentique is a furniture wholesale business focused on delivering quality products to our customers. We pride ourselves on excellent service, efficient operations, and a collaborative work environment. We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and driven individual to join our team and help manage day-to-day operations, sales, and customer experience. The Operations and Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the daily functions of the business. You’ll be involved in everything from processing and fulfilling orders to sales support, inventory management, and updating our website. We are looking for someone versatile, dependable, and eager to take on a wide range of tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics with suppliers and customers
  • Manage and update inventory across systems
  • Support sales efforts, including communicating with customers and managing inquiries
  • Assist with editing and updating our website (Shopify) – products, descriptions, images, etc.
  • Handle customer service needs via email, phone, and other platforms
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports to track sales, inventory, and fulfillment
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements for operations and customer experience
  • Other administrative and operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Comfortable with basic tech tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Shopify, etc.)
  • Authorized to work in the United States of America
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must be able to create and manage spreadsheets, basic formulas, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and ownership
  • Comfortable working as part of a team

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms) preferred
  • Basic knowledge of website updates and product management (no coding necessary, but a plus if you have it)
  • Prior experience in operations, sales support, fulfillment, or a similar role is preferred but not required
