We are looking for a driven Operations and People Associate to join our team. In this pivotal role within the Encord People Operations Team, you will be instrumental in managing our US Office with 25+ employees, onboarding new team members and enhancing existing processes to help us achieve our collective goals. This is a unique opportunity to influence the People Operations function at a fast-growing global company while contributing to outstanding employee experiences. Your contributions will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations in our US office, including scheduling, office management, and office supplies procurement to ensure a well-functioning and efficient workplace
  • Support the onboarding process including sharing offers, management of new starter’s equipment, first day onboarding, right to work checks and new starter check ins
  • Organise US team socials, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and the events promote team cohesion and morale
  • Work closely with the Ops team to organise larger company events, such as winter and summer offsites
  • Support teams with conference related logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation and merchandise procurement
  • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives
  • Support the wider team with operational support

Requirements

  • Highly organised, with ability to manage multiple work priorities while delivering operations solutions at a high-growth pace
  • 1 to 2 years experience in People operations, ideally within a start up environment
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams in a company
  • Ability to problem solve and come up with innovative solutions to problems
