The team manages the full P&L across our cities, drive pricing and marketplace levers, and execute strategic actions that guarantee great service for both riders and drivers. With a north star of sustainable growth and operational excellence, our Operations & Logistics Senior Manager will ensure that demand and supply remain aligned so that the business can perform today, and thrive tomorrow.

Job Responsibility:

  • Steer Marketplace Performance: Own key pricing, supply, and demand levers to ensure cities hit their Plan commitments while maintaining strong service quality for both riders and drivers
  • Drive High-Impact Projects: Lead initiatives that improve marketplace health, optimize economics, or unlock operational efficiencies taking work from analysis to execution with clear accountability
  • Enable Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Operations, CommOps, Safety, Policy, and other teams to coordinate city-level actions, resolve trade-offs, and ensure cohesive execution across the business
  • Provide Analytical & Strategic Guidance: Deliver insights, recommendations, and structured problem-solving to help leadership prioritize decisions that strengthen profitability and marketplace reliability
  • Support Knowledge Sharing: Contribute expertise on marketplace dynamics, P&L management, and pricing frameworks, helping raise the bar for peers and developing junior team members through thought partnership
  • Translate Complexity Into Action: Break down ambiguous operational or marketplace challenges into clear frameworks, next steps, and measurable outcomes that move the business forward

Requirements:

  • Marketplace & Financial Judgment: Able to assess trade-offs across demand, supply, and economics
  • anticipate downstream marketplace impacts
  • and prioritize actions that protect both service quality and P&L performance
  • Bias for Execution: Comfortable making calibrated decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and driving pricing or marketplace levers forward with incomplete data when needed
  • Influence Without Authority: Builds trust with cross-functional stakeholders through clear reasoning, strong analytical grounding, and reliable follow-through—enabling alignment on city-level strategies and actions
  • Operational Team Mindset: Maintains high standards while fostering a cooperative, solutions-oriented environment that supports healthy marketplace operations and strong rider/driver experiences

Nice to have:

  • Expertise in Data Analytics with spreadsheets as a MUST and Coding (SQL mainly) as a preferred/nice-to-have
  • Experience managing P&Ls while great knowledge of marketplaces (demand & supply)
  • As city owners, Stakeholder management is a key skill for the role
