iCapital’s Operations and Investment Product Management (OIPM) team is seeking an Associate based in Lisbon who is eager to dig in, learn the business end-to-end, and grow with the firm. This role is designed for someone who wants to develop a deep understanding of iCapital’s platform, products, and operating model by working closely with teams across OIPM. The Associate will play a meaningful role in supporting internal and client-facing strategic initiatives across EMEA and LatAm, taking ownership of coordination, execution, and follow-through.
Job Responsibility:
Develop a strong working knowledge of iCapital’s platform, products, and operational workflows
Support internal projects by tracking deliverables, timelines, and ownership across multiple teams and workstreams
Maintain action logs and status updates
Help prepare agendas and materials for internal and client-related meetings
Capture key decisions and action items
Coordinate meetings across time zones
Provide hands-on support across OIPM functions, including product operations, reporting workflows, and platform-related initiatives
Act as a connective tissue between teams
Assist with ad hoc analyses, presentations, and projects that support regional growth and strategic priorities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in financial services, operations, project coordination, or a similar role
Experience in data analytics and reporting a plus
Strong desire to learn, take ownership, and build deep institutional knowledge
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
with the confidence and professionalism to engage in client‑facing interactions
Fluency in English required
Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
Comfortable working with technology platforms and Microsoft Office applications
Collaborative, curious, and motivated by long-term professional growth
Nice to have:
Experience in data analytics and reporting
Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills
