Operations and Inventory Coordinator

• Order release & delivery (monitoring all stages from order creation to delivery)
• Investigation of shortages, damages & discrepancies
• Monthly audit (end of the month) for inventory adjustments and pending investigations
• VMI program onboarding (customer requirements review, warehouse onboarding, alignment of expectations with service providers)
• Operational support for assigned VMI programs

• Must be fluent in English (written/spoken)
• Detail-oriented and have analytical and problem-solving mindsets
• At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Good clear communicator in person and via telephone and email
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Resourceful
• Have a good sense of judgment
• Team player in a very collaborative open environment
• Organized
• Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
• Computer skills: Excel-Outlook-Word

Prior SAP experience an asset
