Job Responsibility

  • Execute and monitor day-to-day operational processes that support our investment platform
  • Identify operational issues, investigate root causes, and support their resolution
  • Implement and improve operational workflows and contribute to their improvement and automation
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Service, and other internal teams to address operational dependencies and challenges
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all standard operating procedures SOPs and control frameworks
  • Monitor internal systems to optimise operational efficiency and address any potential disruptions promptly
  • Support improvement projects and gradually take ownership of parts of the operation

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
  • Process design and process management skills
  • A keen interest in financial markets and trading operations
  • Interest in how digital products and investment platforms work
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of the German language
  • Internship or project exposure to financial services or fintech operations

  • Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly performance dashboards, reporting on the main KPIs of the business (activation rate, non-payment rate, NPS, etc.)
  • Contribute to the Customer Care team by supporting with the capacity planning (FTEs), monitoring, automations, etc.
