The Operations Analyst manages project timelines, tracks deliverables, coordinates logistics-related activities, supports the Logistics Director and ensures that all projects and operational tasks are completed accurately and on time. The Operations Analyst is part of the Customer Operations team based on-site in a Kerecis office and reports to the Logistics Director.
Job Responsibility:
Track and manage multiple projects, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met
Maintain detailed task lists, schedules, and project tracking systems
Support the Logistics Director with daily operational oversight and priority management
Coordinate across departments to ensure timely completion of logistics and operational tasks
Monitor project risks and delays and proactively communicate issues and solutions
Prepare progress updates, summary reports, and performance metrics for leadership
Handle incoming requests, assign priorities, and ensure timely resolution
Conduct research to support logistics planning and operational improvements
Track and analyze project and operational costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets
Monitor expenses, identify cost variances, and provide explanations and recommendations for leadership
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Assist with special projects, audits, and reporting initiatives
Support planning for large-scale initiatives, events, and logistics programs
Provide administrative and analytical support to leadership as needed
Organize electronic and physical filing systems
Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-tracking tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in international business, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field from an accredited college or university required
Master’s degree in international business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred or in progress
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, logistics, or administrative support preferred
