Job Description:

We’re working with a leading London Market insurance business seeking an Operations Analyst to join their growing team. This is a key operational role supporting broking activity across the Lloyd’s, London and international markets, with exposure to delegated authority, client servicing, regulatory requirements, and market operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support delegated authority and open market broking activities across Lloyd’s and London Market
  • Coordinate placement, servicing, and administration activities with brokers, insurers, MGAs, and internal teams
  • Assist with client onboarding, market submissions, and ongoing relationship support
  • Maintain accurate documentation, MI reporting, and data quality standards
  • Support compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
  • Assist with premium, claims, and settlement processes
  • Support production of MRC slips, binders, line slips, and cover holder agreements
  • Identify and escalate operational or process issues where needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Lloyd’s or London Market, ideally with exposure to delegated authority or broking operations
  • highly organised and detail-oriented
  • confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • proactive, adaptable, and process-driven approach
