Job Responsibility:
Support rollout of PAYT, a new town-wide solid waste program and major focus during ramp-up
Monitor contractor performance and analyze solid waste program data
Improve customer service through issue tracking and vendor coordination
Track and analyze energy usage across municipal and school facilities
Support energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives, including solar projects
Manage utility datasets, including net metering credits
Perform financial and operational analyses
develop models, dashboards, and reports
Support initiatives such as fee reviews, capital planning, and performance tracking
Use data analytics, AI, and other tools to improve workflows
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in public administration, business, finance, data analytics, or related field
master's preferred
One to three years of relevant experience
Strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and problem-solving
