Job Description:

Our Client is an established Asian bank with global presence. The Operations Analyst will conduct KYC reviews, assist on settlements for securities products, handle queries and instructions, and resolve client complaints.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct KYC reviews for new and existing clients
Assist the team on settlements of securities products
Handle queries from Front Office
Handle instructions from client hotline and resolving of client's complaints

Requirements:

Candidates without prior experience may apply

Good communications skills
Bachelor Degree
