Job Description

The Operations Analyst analyzes the Company’s operational performance by collecting, monitoring and analyzing key operational data and performance metrics to support process improvements, efficiency, and informed decision-making across the Company.

Job Responsibility

  • Evaluates operational performance by comparing actual results to established targets, KPIs, and benchmarks

  • Works with organizational leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate operational insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develops, maintains, and enhances operational dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools
  • Responds to ad-hoc requests related to operational performance, process efficiency, and data analysis
  • Assists with the coordination of the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Assists with the Company’s capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and tracking process, including evaluating business cases, monitoring project spend, and analyzing operational impacts and ROI
  • Collaborates with finance, operations, and other departments to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across systems and reports
  • Completes all safety and equipment related trainings required on a monthly basis
  • Any other duty, responsibility or task as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, analytics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational analysis, business analysis, or performance reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • working knowledge of ERP, operational, or reporting systems
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Capable of analyzing large sets of data
  • Strong time management, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism
  • Be detail oriented and accurate
  • Driver's License
