We are looking for a dedicated Operations Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting daily business operations by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating seamless execution across various teams. Job Responsibility:
Analyze operational data to uncover trends, pinpoint gaps, and identify opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics that aid in informed business decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement workflow changes and measure their impact
Support initiatives aimed at optimizing processes within operations, finance, and customer functions
Monitor and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality standards
Create and update documentation, playbooks, and organizational resources to support operational consistency
Conduct gap analyses to identify areas that require attention and improvement
Provide ad hoc analysis and operational support to address immediate business needs
Assist with reviewing documents and ensuring compliance with established standards
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or related fields
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in business intelligence tools being advantageous
Ability to analyze data and convey insights in a clear and actionable manner
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in dynamic and fast-paced environments
Familiarity with Agile Scrum frameworks and principles
Skilled in performing gap analyses to support process improvement efforts
Nice to have:
Experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus
