Job Description:

As an Operations Analyst, you will be the primary engine for ensuring the accurate execution and servicing of wholesale lending and credit trading products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Trade Validation: Perform capture validation and monitor the completeness and accuracy of the entire trade lifecycle for loan products
  • Liquidity Management: Liaise with the Treasury desk to provide critical funding projections and manage the bank's liquidity
  • Payment Oversight: Accountable for the front-to-back flow of AUD payment operations, including managing the Exchange Settlement Account (ESA) held at the RBA
  • Exception & Query Management: Monitor regulatory control exceptions and serve as a central point of contact for internal and external client queries
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile trades booked across various platforms to ensure absolute data integrity

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years working in wholesale lending and/or treasury and liquidity
