We are looking for an Operations Analyst II (Contractor) to support planning, coordination, and process execution for operational activities in Houston, Texas. This Long-term Contract position works closely with deployment, business operations, and product leadership to keep projects organized, documented, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, advanced Excel skills, and a disciplined approach to reporting, quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate operational planning efforts and support day-to-day execution across deployment, business operations, and product teams
Build and maintain productive working relationships with internal partners to support project progress and business objectives
Evaluate operational needs to define project scope, gather requirements, and document findings in a clear and organized manner
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports by collecting data, analyzing results, and presenting concise summaries for stakeholders
Monitor process quality and help uphold established standards to ensure consistent service delivery
Track key activities, organize supporting documentation, and provide updates that improve visibility into operational work
Contribute to team priorities by assisting with related assignments and supporting broader operational initiatives as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, coordination, or business support roles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with and analyze large data sets
Experience creating documentation, summary reports, and organized project records
Ability to assess business needs, define requirements, and translate information into actionable outputs
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timely completion of work
